Cammi Manchur MCP-AT

Cammi has worked in the mental health field for the past ten years and is passionate about creative healing and growth. She believes in the healing powers of art and in the importance of deep experiential learning.

Cammi is a registered counselor with the Canadian Counseling and Psychotherapy Association(CCPA), is a registered Art Therapist with the British Columbia Art Therapy association (BCATA), and is a full member of the European Federation of Art Therapy(EFAT). Cammi is also a Psycholoog with Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen (NIP).

*In the Netherlands Cammi is considered a “Psychologist”; however, in Canada she is considered a Counselor due to the different requirements of the college’s and associations.

Holding a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology-Art Therapy, Cammi values the pursuit of knowledge. In addition to Art Therapy she has a special interest in Jungian psychology and ADHD. Click HERE to see a more detailed list of Cammi’s credentials.

Cammi is both a lover of learning and of animals. Before studying to become a counselor and Art Therapist Cammi enjoyed a short career as a “farrier” (a blacksmith who trims horses hooves and makes horseshoes). Her time working in world of anvils, horses, and the trades was a valuable experience that helped her discover her love of psychology and creative healing.

As a way to honor her love for learning and the natural world, Cammi offers discounted rates for counseling students and Veterinarians when space is available.
